Meg’s writing retreat was run with a high level of professionalism and expertise. Meg’s style of leadership made the time seem relaxed and spacious. We had plenty of time to work on our writing and just the right level of socialising. Her hospitality was generous and extremely thoughtful. It was simple and elegant in a luxurious peaceful setting.
Each day Meg offered excellent writing workshops which were optional. I attended each one and learnt some new tips and tricks. Over the course of the retreat, each attendee met with Meg one on one for a coaching session. I was so impressed with Meg’s coaching during the weekend that I decided to sign up for her Creative Empowerment Coaching Program, even though there was no pressure to join at any time.
Each week, in the coaching sessions, we met via Zoom. Meg helped me iron out the glitches and uncover the blocks in the way I thought about my writing. It was challenging and yet edifying. Meg never pushed too hard and yet didn’t pull any punches. Some sessions were deeply moving while others left me with a big smile on my face. I would highly recommend Meg’s coaching course and her writing retreats to anyone needing a creative refresher.
