Pause & Realign FREE masterclass | The Intentional Creative Sessions
21 June @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am AEST
Quarterly Intentional Creative Masterclass Session | Winter 2026 Sunday 21 June 2026 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM AEST | Zoom
Slow down, reconnect with your creative self, reset your focus
About this event
This is an interactive session. This isn’t a webinar where you listen passively. This is 90 minutes where we’ll have fun and get creative. You’ll complete powerful exercises with Meg’s guidance and emerge with renewed clarity and focus for the second half of the year.
Winter is the season of stillness. Of going inward. Of asking the quieter questions. And yet most of us push through it: heads down, to-do lists growing, creative spark quietly dimming.
Pause & Realign is a free, live working session for creatives who want to use the winter solstice as a turning point. A moment to slow down on purpose, reconnect with what matters, and reset their creative focus for the second half of 2026.

Is this really free?
Yes, completely. At the end of the session, Meg will share details of her upcoming programs. For those who stay to the end, there’s a special bonus available for anyone who’d like to take the next step and join one of these programs.
Who is this for?
This session is designed for creatives: writers, artists, makers, and anyone who identifies as a creative. You don’t need to be at a particular stage in your creative journey. If you’re ready to reflect and reset, you’re in the right place.
Is this just for professional creatives?
Not at all. This is for anyone with a creative practice they want to sustain, whether you’re paid for your work or not. If you write, make art, or create in any form, this is for you.
I’ve been away from my creative work for years. Is this still relevant?
Absolutely and especially so if you’d love to find your way back to your creative work again.
What do I need to bring?
Your journal, your favourite pen, and an open mind. Find a quiet space where you can write and think without interruption for 90 minutes. A cup of tea or coffee is strongly encouraged. To get the most out of this time you’re making for yourself, Meg encourages you to let others know you’re unavailable during the session.
What platform will we use?
The session will be held on Zoom. You’ll receive the link 24 hours before the session.
Is this interactive or just a lecture?
Highly interactive. The session includes reflection exercises, chat discussions, optional partner shares, and dedicated Q&A time. You’ll be engaged throughout.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Cameras are optional but encouraged for community connection. You’re welcome to participate in the chat without video.
Will this be recorded? What if I can’t attend live?
This session will not be recorded. It’s designed as a live, shared experience. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to let Meg know. To hear about upcoming workshops and quarterly sessions first, join Meg’s mailing list. → Join Meg’s mailing list
