During this time of Writing Momentum, we take the time to reflect on the year by journalling and understanding what ends may mean for our stories and characters.
Poems, questions and prompts are sent out to all Momentum, Focus, Elevate and Creative Empowerment Coaching Program members on the Wednesday more. Members are encouraged to reflect on their week of creativity and commit to some creativity for the week ahead.
