Writing Momentum Interlude 2, 2025 Week 3: Winter Solstice

Writing Momentum Interlude is for all Creative Empowerment Coaching Program clients, and Momentum, Focus and Elevate members. Each week members are emailed a poetry-based prompt to take into their writing and six additional prompts for each day of the week.

This Interlude explores the depths of winter through nine weeks of contemplative writing, moving from autumn’s end through winter’s heart to the promise of spring’s return. Each week offers a poetry-based prompt alongside six daily writing exercises designed to deepen your creative practice during the darker months.
