Let’s begin at the beginning with a pause to notice and invite newness in.
Standing at the threshold of a new year, we pause before entering. This interlude invites you to notice what you’re carrying forward and what you’re ready to set down. Two guided reflections will arrive in your inbox to prepare the ground for our first gathering.
Poems, questions and prompts are sent out to all Momentum, Focus, Elevate and Creative Empowerment Coaching Program members on the Wednesday morning. Members are encouraged to reflect on their week of creativity and commit to some creativity for the week ahead.
