SUMMARY:Writing Momentum 2026 | Wednesdays | Writing workshops
DESCRIPTION:Writing Momentum 2026: The shape of time\n\n\n\nEach year Meg curates an overarching theme for her Writing Momentum writing workshops that weaves through every session’s prompts and poetry. For 2026\, the theme is the shape of time a year of writing into memory\, change and return. \n\n\n\nMeg draws on poets like Mary Oliver\, Judith Wright and Gwen Harwood\, writers who pay close attention to the human relationship with the natural world\, to find the most resonant prompt for each week’s writing. \n\n\n\nWriting Momentum provides you with thought-provoking poetry\, questions and prompts. Whether you write fiction\, memoir\, creative non fiction\, poetry\, or keep a reflective journal\, these workshops will elevate your work. \n\n\n\nThe Writing Momentum are a live twice-weekly online hour on Wednesdays 7am and Fridays 12.30 pm Melbourne time. The same poem and prompts are used at both events\, allowing writers to find more ways into their writing. The replay of the Wednesday event is sent to all participants on Friday afternoons. \n\n\n\nOccasionally when Meg is unavailable\, all current members receive a weekly email with a prerecorded poem\, thought-provoking questions and prompts morning to help them continue with their writing momentum. \n\n\n\nJoin in with a Momentum Membership\, providing you with weekly access to Writing Momentum and monthly access to Group Coaching Masterclasses. All membership levels get lifetime access to the recordings. \n\n\n\nMemberships starting at $45 a month. All coaching clients and Momentum\, Focus and Elevate members receive this as part of their programs. \n\n\n\n\nFind out more about Writing Momentum\n\n\n\nFind out more about memberships\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nLike this? SUMMARY:Pause & Realign FREE masterclass | The Intentional Creative Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Quarterly Intentional Creative Masterclass Session | Winter 2026 Sunday 21 June 2026 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM AEST | Zoom \n\n\n\n\nSlow down\, reconnect with your creative self\, reset your focus \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\nThis is an interactive session. This isn’t a webinar where you listen passively. This is 90 minutes where we’ll have fun and get creative. You’ll complete powerful exercises with Meg’s guidance and emerge with renewed clarity and focus for the second half of the year. \n\n\n\nWinter is the season of stillness. Of going inward. Of asking the quieter questions. And yet most of us push through it: heads down\, to-do lists growing\, creative spark quietly dimming. \n\n\n\nPause & Realign is a free\, live working session for creatives who want to use the winter solstice as a turning point. A moment to slow down on purpose\, reconnect with what matters\, and reset their creative focus for the second half of 2026. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\n\n10:00 AM Welcome & grounding \n\n\n\n10:10 AM Honour the first half of 2026 \n\n\n\n10:20 AM Identify where you’ve shown up \n\n\n\n10:30 AM Release the pressure \n\n\n\n10:40 AM Reconnect with your creative self \n\n\n\n10:50 AM Realign your goals \n\n\n\n11:00 AM Create anchors \n\n\n\n11:10 AM Visualise & commit \n\n\n\n11:20 AM Live Q&A with Meg \n\n\n\n11:30 AM Close\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis session is for you if…\n\n\n\n\nYou started 2026 with good intentions but life pulled you off course\n\n\n\nYou want to pause\, reflect and consciously choose what comes next\n\n\n\nYou’re ready to release the guilt and reset — not give up\n\n\n\nYou want a structured framework\, not vague inspiration\n\n\n\nYou’re looking for accountability and community as you recalibrate\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat’s included\n\n\n\n\n90-minute guided working session with structured exercises\n\n\n\n30-minute live Q&A with Meg for your specific questions\n\n\n\nAccess to programs with an exclusive 7-day discount\n\n\n\nCommunity connection with other creative women doing the same work\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFAQs\n\n\n\nIs this really free? \nYes\, completely. At the end of the session\, Meg will share details of her upcoming programs. For those who stay to the end\, there’s a special bonus available for anyone who’d like to take the next step and join one of these programs. \n\n\n\n\nWho is this for? \nThis session is designed for creatives: writers\, artists\, makers\, and anyone who identifies as a creative. You don’t need to be at a particular stage in your creative journey. If you’re ready to reflect and reset\, you’re in the right place. \n\n\n\n\nIs this just for professional creatives? \nNot at all. This is for anyone with a creative practice they want to sustain\, whether you’re paid for your work or not. If you write\, make art\, or create in any form\, this is for you. \n\n\n\n\nI’ve been away from my creative work for years. Is this still relevant? \nAbsolutely and especially so if you’d love to find your way back to your creative work again. \n\n\n\n\nWhat do I need to bring?\n Your journal\, your favourite pen\, and an open mind. Find a quiet space where you can write and think without interruption for 90 minutes. A cup of tea or coffee is strongly encouraged. To get the most out of this time you’re making for yourself\, Meg encourages you to let others know you’re unavailable during the session. \n\n\n\n\nWhat platform will we use?\nThe session will be held on Zoom. You’ll receive the link 24 hours before the session. \n\n\n\n\nIs this interactive or just a lecture?\nHighly interactive. The session includes reflection exercises\, chat discussions\, optional partner shares\, and dedicated Q&A time. You’ll be engaged throughout. \n\n\n\n\nDo I need to have my camera on? \nCameras are optional but encouraged for community connection. You’re welcome to participate in the chat without video. \n\n\n\n\nWill this be recorded? What if I can’t attend live? \nThis session will not be recorded. It’s designed as a live\, shared experience. If you can’t make it\, you’re welcome to let Meg know. To hear about upcoming workshops and quarterly sessions first\, join Meg’s mailing list. → Join Meg’s mailing list \n\n\n\n\nWill I receive any materials? \nYes\, you’ll receive a downloadable resource after the event. \n\n\n\n\nWhat if I have questions after the session? \nYou’re welcome to email Meg at meg@megdunley.com \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen: Sunday 21 June 2026\, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM AEDT \n\n\n\nWhere: Zoom (link sent upon registration) \n\n\n\nInvestment: Free \n\n\n\nWhat to bring: Journal\, pen\, open mind \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout your host: Meg Dunley\n\n\n\nMeg Dunley is a creativity coach\, writer\, artist and editor. She runs writing retreats\, weekly writing and accountability workshops\, group coaching masterclasses\, and works with writers and artists one-on-one to help them clear limiting beliefs and roadblocks. These quarterly sessions are her way of bringing the creative community together to pause\, reflect and move forward with intention. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLike this? SUMMARY:Overcoming Comparison and Imposter Syndrome group coaching masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Group coaching masterclasses are for creatives who want to strengthen their mindset and build sustainable creative practices\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis month we’ll explore how to develop confidence in your creative work\, manage your self-doubt\, stop comparing yourself to others and deal with that pesky imposter syndrome. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou know comparison doesn’t help. The imposter voice lies; we know this and I’m sure you’ve read the quotes about how everyone feels this way. But it persists and you still feel it. \n\n\n\nIt’s the kind of thing that’s triggered by an announcement in your writing community\, the moment you send a submission out and you start scrolling other writers’ success stories. Maybe it comes to you when you’re sitting in a workshop and deciding that everyone else in the room is more talented\, more prepared\, more legitimate. \n\n\n\nWhatever the trigger: the result is the same. You step back\, you play smaller. It stops you from sending the work\, or you don’t take the chance and don’t let yourself be seen. And creativity suffers. \n\n\n\nThis masterclass addresses this. \n\n\n\n\nWhat we’ll cover in this masterclass\n\n\n\nThis isn’t about ‘just believe in yourself’ (if only it was that easy). That advice is true but is only half useful. This masterclass will help understand the actual mechanisms of comparison and imposter syndrome in the writing life: what triggers these feelings\, why writers are especially vulnerable\, and how to interrupt them in real time and build long-term resilience. \n\n\n\nYou’ll leave with:\n\n\n\n\nA clear understanding of what comparison and imposter syndrome are and why having them is not the problem\n\n\n\nFive specific strategies for interrupting comparison spirals when they’re already happening\n\n\n\nA personal interruption plan: your triggers\, tools and specific response\n\n\n\nA rewritten narrative about your writing identity that holds up under pressure\n\n\n\nThe mindset shift that separates writers whose careers comparison kills from writers who write anyway\n\n\n\n\nWhat we’ll cover\n\n\n\n1. The mindset shift\n\n\n\n\nWhy imposter syndrome is evidence of ambition\, not inadequacy.\n\n\n\nThe comparison mechanism: what’s happening when you measure your insides against someone else’s outsides\n\n\n\nWhy writers are particularly vulnerable and why the writing life almost guarantees regular encounters with both\n\n\n\n\n2. 5 practical strategies with interactive exercises\n\n\n\nEach strategy includes a real-world example from writers’ lives\, a practical exercise\, and immediate application. \n\n\n\n3. Community Q&A\n\n\n\nWhat makes this different\n\n\n\nThese masterclasses are interactive and engaging rather than lectures. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately\, plus connection with other writers who understand exactly what you’re navigating. \n\n\n\nWho this is for\n\n\n\n\nWriters who spend more energy comparing themselves to others than writing\n\n\n\nWriters who struggle to submit\, share\, or be seen because the imposter voice is too loud\n\n\n\nWriters who feel behind (peers\, where they ‘should’ be\, some imagined version of their writing life)\n\n\n\nAnyone who has played smaller than they wanted to because of comparison or self-doubt\n\n\n\nWriters who want to write anyway\, even when the spiral starts\n\n\n\n\nInvestment\n\n\n\n\nFREE for coaching members\n\n\n\n$20 single session ticket\n\n\n\n$180 annual pass (access to 10+ masterclasses and monthly mindset newsletters throughout the year)\n\n\n\n\nYou are not an imposter. You are a writer in the middle of becoming. Come learn how to write from that place. \n\n\n\nHow to join\n\n\n\nYou can choose the option that suits you. Zoom links are sent the day before the live session\, and replays are sent within 24 hours after the session: \n\n\n\n🎟️ Single masterclass ticket – $20\n\n\n\n\nAccess this one session live and replay included\n\n\n\nPerfect if you want to focus on a single topic or join occasionally\n\n\n\n\n📅 Spark Pass – 12 months of masterclasses – $180\n\n\n\n\nAccess all 10+ monthly masterclasses for 12 months from purchase\n\n\n\nMonthly mindset newsletter for creatives\n\n\n\nLive or replay included for every session\n\n\n\n\n\nNot ready for a full year? Try a single session first.\n\n\n\n\nBuy a single masterclass ticket\n\n\n\nBuy a Spark Pass \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\n\nCurrent coaching members and program participants receive free access to the group coaching masterclasses. Non-members can join individual sessions for $20 or purchase a Spark Pass for 12-month access.\n\n\n\nAll ticket and pass holders receive the Zoom link within 24 hours before the live session\, and the replay is sent within 24 hours after the session.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGrab your seat for this masterclass\, or secure full-year access with the Spark Pass.\n\n\n\n\nBuy a single masterclass ticket\n\n\n\nBuy a Spark Pass\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nLike this?
